This project starts from images that belonged to my mother. al kept looking at them without fully understanding them but they stayed.
At first, I tried to reproduce them. Then I transformed them, fragmented them, almost lost them.
I wasn't interested in showing memory anymore. I wanted to understand what remains. I moved into clothing.
As a surface that absorbs. Then into the body.Not when it performs, but right after.
When the fabric slips, deforms, keeps a trace. The garment no longer reveals the body. It holds it.
This project is about that: what persists, without ever being fully visible.
